Sanafit was created in 2018 by Chef Cida with the initial mission of offering the best possible options for fresh and healthy meals.
From a very young age, Chef Cida learned to cook from her grandmother, a masterfully-skilled and self-taught chef. Initially, the business model for Sanafit was based in preparing traditional recipes and presenting them at various friend’s home during gatherings in order to receive immediate and honest feedback of their ideas and menus. The test audiences were delighted with their interpretations of these Brazilian dishes; although deeply rooted in their traditional preparation, they were now being adapted for a more health-conscious lifestyle by substituting more nutritional ingredients. It was within this very grassroots, organic process from which Sanafit sprouted, and continued to incrementally and humbly grow.
It was then that Cida began seeking the necessary tools and examining the elements required to create a company with their envisioned mission: combining natural, sustainable, and local foods, providing maximum flavor and health benefits, all deliverable directly to the client, offered at very practical prices and on a convenient schedule. Once all was properly forged and set in place, she was satisfied with the results, and thus Sanafit was born.
Currently, Sanafit is located in North Bay Village, FL – about 10 minutes north of Miami Beach –. Since its creation and stateside arrival less than two years ago, Sanafit now has several, enthusiastic staff members, all persevering with the objective of creating the best experience for its clients, by providing savory, healthy, fresh food with friendly, reliable service.
